Frequently Asked Questions

Shipping & Production

  • Each Andrea Marie Jewelry piece is made individually with care. Please allow approximately 3–4 weeks for production before your order ships. Some items may be ready sooner, but this timeframe helps ensure every detail is finished properly.

  • Orders are shipped using trackable carriers so you can easily follow your package once it leaves the studio. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number when your order is on its way.

  • If you need your order sooner, expedited shipping may be available. Please reach out before placing your order to confirm options.

  • Andrea Marie Jewelry ships to select international destinations.
International shipping costs are calculated after checkout through USPS or UPS and sent as a separate invoice. If you would like an estimate ahead of time, feel free to contact me.

Customs processing times, duties, and import fees are the responsibility of the buyer and are not controlled by Andrea Marie Jewelry.

Repairs, Returns & Exchanges

  • If your jewelry becomes damaged, please send a photo and a short description of the issue. In most cases, the piece can be repaired for a small service fee.

  • If your purchase isn’t the right fit, you may return it for a refund or exchange it for a different piece—whether similar in style or something completely new.

Requests must be made within 30 days of the shipping date.
All items must be returned in their original condition.

Jewelry Care

  • Most gemstones and diamonds can be cleaned safely with warm water, gentle soap, and a soft brush. Pearls, opals, turquoise, and other porous stones should only be wiped with a lightly damp jewelry cloth.

  • Silver can darken when it sits unworn, but regular wear helps reduce tarnish. When storing your piece, place it in an airtight bag. A polishing cloth will brighten the surface, or you can leave a soft patina if you enjoy a more natural look.

  • Solid gold requires very little upkeep. An occasional polish with a soft cloth will refresh its natural shine.

  • Bronze develops warm, earthy tones over time. To maintain a brighter finish, keep your jewelry dry and store it in an airtight bag. A polishing cloth can be used to gently remove surface oxidation.

  • Sunshine Cloth or Sabrina Silver polishing cloths
